Organic spelled spirals

These noodles consist exclusively of organic spelled semolina and water, were allowed to air-dry for over 48 hours and were then lovingly hand-packed. The air-drying ensures that the fine, nutty taste of the spelled and the full egg flavor are retained as best as possible.
