Wolfpassing an der Hochleithen is located in the heart of the Weinviertel. Our Aussiedlerhof was built by my parents in the 1980s and 1990s, but the family history of viticulture and agriculture is much older. Luckily - one can speak of a long family tradition. It is our tradition to master the balancing act between the tried and tested and innovation again and again. We keep up with the times, but consciously keep in mind that many things that were valuable in the past are still valid today or are regaining them. We also like to rediscover old things and reinterpret them - especially in viticulture. So I have reopened a site that had been somewhat forgotten due to the danger of frost and I win a wonderful, unique wine there.
But there is something else that has remained a constant in our history over the years: family. The cohesion and the willingness to help make us what we are and – if I may be honest – without them the farm would not be able to survive. Be it during the stressful harvest season, a second opinion on important decisions, but also in supporting me when I want to follow my own line, special thanks go to my parents and my two sisters. You made me and my wines what they are today
