
100% natural flour made from the bran of our ancient wheat. Extremely rich in fiber, it is one of the keys to good digestive health. Wheat bran has a sweet, nutty flavor. It can be used to add fiber to bread, muffins and other homemade dishes. Our French flours are freshly ground on an Astrié mill, a mill which allows us to obtain the best quality flour, as efficiently as possible. With an extraction rate of at least 80% in a single pass, the flour is neither heated nor oxidized. This effectively produces flour of exceptional nutritional finesse, a true reflection of our wheat or cereals.
