Wholemeal flour from ancient wheat suitable for a vegan diet, it can be used in all sweet or savory preparations. Our French flours are freshly ground on an Astrié mill, a mill which allows us to obtain the best quality flour, as efficiently as possible. With an extraction rate of at least 80% in a single pass, the flour is neither heated nor oxidized. This effectively produces flour of exceptional nutritional finesse, a true reflection of our wheat or cereals.
