wheat flour 65% (T65) of Demeter quality = "white flour" RECIPE Pie dough: 500gr of 55% wheat flour, 150ml of oil, 2 whole eggs, 50cl of water, 1 pinch of fine salt. Mix the flour and oil with your fingers, aerating well, add the eggs, water and salt. Form a smooth and homogeneous ball, not too hard. Leave to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature, then roll out the dough.
