The first arrival is a tribute to an internal and ancient place, where the polyphenolic herbaceous notes ** bring to mind the wild green where the Mediterranean scrub meets the southern Apennines. Our olives come exclusively from olive groves included in the territory of the Cilento National Park, a selected blend of olive trees close to the sea and in green mountain valleys.
