This soft white nougat, custom-made with Apinae lavender honey (22%) in an artisanal workshop in Ardèche, follows the traditional recipe for Nougat de Montélimar*. Ingredients: sugars (including glucose syrup), almonds from France 29%, lavender honey from Apinae Apiculture 22% (Vaucluse 84), pistachios 2%, egg white, wafer paper (potato starch). Allergens: White nougat made in a factory that may use products containing other nuts, eggs, milk, gluten, soy lecithin, sesame, and peanuts. *The traditional recipe for Montélimar nougat includes: chicken egg white (the only authorized ingredient for aeration); honey, which must represent at least 25% of the dry matter of the sweeteners (when used); and, as a filling: a minimum of 28% sweet almonds and a minimum of 2% pistachios in the finished product.
