Oak honeydew - 250g

Intense woody honey, slightly tangy with aromas of dried flowers and flavors of cooked fruits such as apricot or dried prune. This small character honeydew was produced by my bees in the scrubland. It was harvested by me in May 2022 in the north of Vaucluse. This honeydew pleases with its light sweetness and its taste of candied fruit which goes wonderfully with cheeses, yoghurts or even to spice up a cake or a sweet/salty sauce in a dish.
