Faithful to our philosophy, we guarantee the Galician origin of our sardines, always starting from a fresh and selected product. The size of the sardine is essential, we choose the smallest, rigorously respecting the limits that guarantee sustainable fishing. The process begins with cleaning the sardines using seawater, prior to a light toasting that will give that color and texture so characteristic of our brand. Finally, they are gutted, the best pieces are selected and packed by hand one by one. The olive oil finishes a unique presentation in each can. Product of Spain.
