Xeito sardines

Sardines from Galician estuaries caught using the Xeito technique. Canned blue fish.       Traditional and sustainable fishing art since the 15th century (there are currently 425 boats in Galicia), it is carried out at dusk and dawn. The sailor removes each sardine caught in the net, still alive, maintaining its freshness and quality until processing. Its aging in the can improves its flavor and texture, which is why we have waited 8 months from its manufacture to present it. This is a limited edition.
