The variety chosen for this exquisite typical Galician concoction is the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee, one of the most prestigious in the world. This brown liqueur features notes of walnuts and peach, with a caramel aftertaste. Softer variety in terms of the intensity of the coffee flavor, also made from the exquisite Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee, one of the most prestigious in the world.
