Aioli 90g

It is enough to pronounce his name for the Provençal to rejoice. If it is true that its perfume is very particular, it accompanies marvelously this famous meal which bears the same name. It can accompany a nice plate with vegetables and fish as tradition dictates, but this "Pommade Provençale" can also be served with snails, lamb chops or even a good fish soup. The aioli is a mixture of oil, garlic and a nice egg yolk to color quite simply.
