Focaccia all'Nduja Calabrese: the characterizing ingredient is the typical Calabrian sausage the 'Nduja, produced by Luigi Caccamo of Spilinga (Vibo Valencia) recognized as the best craftsman by the "Gambero Rosso". It is the fifth Focaccia Salata of the line produced by master Attilio Servi, presented on the occasion of Cibus in Parma. The highest quality ingredients we use come mainly from the national market and from a selection of foreign excellences. Natural sourdough, candied orange peel, selected flours, fresh cream and vanilla butter. These are some of the ingredients that enhance our products, but the essential component is our authentic Passion.
