Sea salt flakes with truffle. With the intense, aromatic and peculiar smell of the truffle. Ideal for egg dishes, risotto, creams and pasta. Sea salt is obtained naturally by evaporation caused by the sun and the wind. Unlike common salt, it contains only 34% sodium chloride and is richer in trace elements (calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, iodine). The flakes are fragile crystals that can be easily crumbled with your fingers and are so soluble that it is recommended to season the dishes once they are finished.
