Malvasia Ferma, in the Piacentina version, is a D.O.C. certified wine. GRAPES – Malvasia della Ciocca is made from 100% Malvasia Aromatica di Candia, a vine with very ancient origins from Greece and the Island of Crete. VINIFICATION – Soft pressing in the absence of oxygen and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for 4-5 days with selected yeasts. It follows the refinement of 1 month in the bottle. DESCRIPTION – Malvasia Ferma has a yellow color tending towards gold, slightly marked nuances, intact, clear and clean chrome. Aromatic taste, exotic fruity, with a slight mineral note. Malvasia is a pleasant and fresh wine and goes perfectly with blue and medium-aged cheeses, cold cuts and fried dumplings. Also suitable between meals as a conversation wine or accompanied with seasonal fruit salads.
