
Our Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine produced with local grapes with a great body and excellent aging potential. GRAPES – Cabernet Sauvignon takes its name from the vine of the same name. VINIFICATION – Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, both with indigenous and selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. This is followed by refinement in stainless steel for 12 months and 3 months in the bottle. DESCRIPTION – Cabernet Sauvignon La Ciocca is a wine with a dark ruby red color, purplish hues, intact chrome plating and pleasantly fruity with a note of tomato leaf. Pleasant, round, powerful and enveloping, it can be easily combined with both first and second courses based on meat with a strong flavour. Excellent with grilled and grilled meats, stews and roasts and traditional Piacenza dishes.
