Sungate Carbernet Sauvignon 375ml

A full-bodied red wine with a strong personality, it is impossible not to be dazzled by its flavour. Obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, it is a wine obtained from grapes harvested when fully ripe, the moment in which the maximum taste is obtained. The winemaking process involves maceration in contact with the skins for about 15 days, then moving on to malolactic fermentation in small steel tanks. The wine is then aged in small oak barrels before being bottled. Cancello del Sole reaches excellence in combination with red meats and mature cheeses.
