Our livers come from a group of producers from Montaut-les-crénaux in the Gers. We call on them because they raise the ducks according to ancestral methods which allow to have the best of the livers: outdoor breeding and force-feeding with whole corn. We take care of the part that sublimates the product using the traditional devénage method bequeathed by our Grandmothers from our beautiful Lauragais region.
