Like a mixologist, we have incorporated coconut into our chocolate, bringing its exotic sweetness while the delicate spiciness of Espelette pepper brings out notes of fresh strawberry. We have selected a coconut harvested in the Giriullia gardens in Sri Lanka, renowned for its intense and aromatic taste. The Espelette pepper grown by Stéphanie Ibarburu has remarkable taste qualities linked to a terroir recognized by an AOP in 2022. All our cocoa comes from exceptional terroirs, in an ethical and transparent approach.
