Pale gianduja A mixture of 75% milk chocolate and 25% hazelnuts. The Gianduja Pale filling is a smooth and creamy mixture of Callebaut® milk chocolate and pure medium roasted hazelnut paste. The cream is blended, conched and tempered by our master concheur to create a pleasantly balanced taste as well as a soft, creamy and homogeneous texture offering an exceptional mouthfeel. Gianduja Pale filling comes in the form of a semi-solid cream that can easily be cut into delicious bites of confectionery or coated in chocolate. After softening, it can even be used to pipe molded candies, shells or chocolate bars and tablets. Once melted, it offers a perfect base for flavoring ice creams and pastry fillings such as mousses, bavarois or creamy. Gianduja filling also works wonders in flavoring desserts such as sabayons, sweets and others.
