Pitted green olives 160g - ORGANIC

Biorgane olives come from our olive grove in Morocco, at the foot of the Atlas. The fruits are harvested manually when ripe. After sorting by hand and rinsing, the olives are placed in large vats of coarse salt to remove the bitterness. They are stirred regularly for several months. Pitting takes place just before putting into barrels. Finally, the packaging of pitted olives in jars, with brine, is done in our premises in France. Fabrication artisanale.
