Black olives with herbs from Provence 250g - ORGANIC

Biorgane olives come from our olive grove in Morocco, at the foot of the Atlas. The fruits are harvested manually when ripe. After sorting by hand and rinsing, the olives are placed in large vats of coarse salt to remove the bitterness. They are stirred regularly for several months. Finally, the vacuum packaging of black olives is done in France. Black olives can be used in salads, dishes in sauce, pizzas, as an aperitif… Handcrafted.
