Natural black olives 250g - ORGANIC

Biorgan olives come from our olive grove in Morocco, at the foot of the Atlas. The fruits are harvested manually when ripe. After sorting by hand and rinsing, the olives are put in large vats of coarse salt to debitter them. They are stirred regularly for several months. The Provençal note with the herbal mixture comes just before the packaging of the olives, done in our premises in France. Black olives can be used in salads, dishes in sauce, pizzas, as an aperitif...
