Special aperitif olives 250g - ORGANIC

Biorgane olives come from our olive grove in Morocco, at the foot of the Atlas. The fruits are harvested manually when ripe. After sorting by hand and rinsing, the olives are placed in large vats of coarse salt to remove the bitterness. They are stirred regularly for several months. The seasoning takes place just before the packaging of the olives, done in our premises in France. Rotating olives can be used in salads, dishes with sauce, pizzas and as an aperitif!
