The Bonini Gustoso condiment ages in barrels of at least 8 years. Only grape must, cooked in open vats, which slowly acetifies in full barrels in a natural way. Aging thus gives the product a dark and bright colour, a fruity and soft aroma and a flavor full of character, despite its young age. It's perfect on vegetables or to indulge yourself in the kitchen!
