The Bonini Stravecchio condiment ages in barrels of at least 25 years. Only grape must, cooked in open vats, which slowly acetifies in a natural way, through the passage in barrels of graduated dimensions. Aging thus gives the product a dark and bright colour, a perfume with a thousand nuances and a wonderful syrupy texture. Ideal to accompany a steak, a fillet or flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano.
