Grapes: Cuvée Excelium is made from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Vinification: Traditional vinification followed by maceration with aging that will allow this cuvée to express its full potential. Tasting: A gourmet nose of black fruit, stone, with notes of hazelnut, coffee, smoke. The palate is robust, broad, dense, with silky tannins, on ripe black fruit, hazelnut and coffee. A long and full finish. Very good balance. Gourmet pairings: This generous wine will go perfectly with red meats and cheeses.
