To the characteristics of our white vinegar we add a soft and clean, almost spicy, note of basil, making it an ideal condiment for boiled and roasted vegetables, for grilled white meats, for summer salads rich in vegetables. It is the result of slow static biooxidation in chestnut and oak barrels at room temperature and a subsequent direct maceration of the flowering ends of the basil plants grown by us. Unfiltered, unpasteurized.
