To the characteristics of our white vinegar we add the floral and aromatic notes of lavender and mint, which make it a special condiment for winter and spring salads, rich in leafy vegetables, roots and tubers. Also superb in a cucumber salad. It is the result of slow static biooxidation in chestnut and oak barrels at room temperature and a subsequent direct maceration of lavender flowers and mint leaves from our company. Unfiltered, unpasteurized.
