Created in 1999, it was in 2017 that the brewery took up residence in an old school at a place called La Boule in Menat. The three classrooms were then transformed into a production room, a taproom and a storage area. The equipment gradually acquired over the years now makes it possible to produce brews of 10 hectoliters (1000 liters) for an annual production of 900 hectoliters. Each year, around 15 ephemeral recipes are added to the range of 6 permanent beers, in order to offer a variety of styles, from the most classic to the most original.
Raw materials: all our beers are brewed with meticulously selected ingredients: water from volcanoes, cereals, hops, yeasts and sometimes some spices, fruits... here, no aromas or extracts.
Proximity and sharing: over the years, the brewery has anchored itself in the local landscape. Direct contact with consumers drives us and it is always a great satisfaction to be able to bring together those who support us, whether at the taproom, during our festival or at various local events.
Varied styles: both classic and original (more “craft”) beer styles expand our recipe book every year. Permanent challenges that keep our passion alive... with the aim of satisfying as many people as possible.
