CLASSIC PANETTONE Classic Panettone is the typical traditional Panettone. Our Panettone has a double leavening of more than 48 hours, is made only with live sourdough and is stuffed with sultana raisins together with candied orange peel. The dough is extremely soft, the taste elegant but decisive. Our classic panettone is a very rich but extremely digestible panettone thanks to the long leavening and the use of high quality raw materials. It has no preservatives, emulsifiers, flavourings, vegetable fats. It is a 100% artisan panettone and therefore made entirely by hand with passion, according to the Italian pastry tradition since 1882. A delicious and original way to enjoy our panettone is to try it together with our Modica chocolate cream, which goes well with the flavor of classic panettone.
