Broncake Orange and Dark Chocolate

The Orange and Chocolate Broncake is a naturally leavened dessert characterized on the surface by the typical scarp. The paste, yellow in color and well honeycombed, is enriched with fragrant candied Sicilian orange peel and drops of selected single-origin Cru chocolate. The Chocolate Orange broncake is produced in compliance with the Italian pastry tradition, with sourdough and a 72-hour artisan process.
