Classic artisan colomba wrapped in 750 grams with orange peel cubes and almond icing

The classic Colomba is the Easter dessert par excellence. It's a cloud of butter, eggs and flour covered with an almond and sugar glaze which, at the first bite, makes you perceive a slight crunchiness followed by an incredible softness! Inside our 1 KG dove 100% live mother yeast, it has a double leavening of more than 48 hours, you will not find whole candied fruit as our recipe calls for them finely chopped inside the dough to give our dove a unique and natural scent of orange, without being intrusive on the palate. Our Colomba is very rich but refined in taste and extremely digestible thanks to the long leavening and the use of high quality raw materials. It has no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings, vegetable fats. It is 100% artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand.
