This natural coffee is produced by Metad, in the Guji appellation, in the village of Alaka. The Metad company took over the management of the Alaka coffee forest a few years ago and today produces a microlot from the 75227 variety. This specific lot, grown and prepared by them, the members of Metad have chosen to naming Zewde after their grandfather. This company is indeed family, created by members of the Ethiopian diaspora established in the United States returned to their land of origin.
