This forest coffee, a fruity natural heirloom marked by a floral body, is harvested manually on the Kawo Kamina farm between 1900 and 2000 meters above sea level. Located in the Sheka appellation, not far from Kaffa and its forest reserve, this area is characterized by a beautiful vegetation cover made up of a great diversity of tree species. Heleanna Georgalis, of the Moplaco company, took over the management of this farm for several years and is now working on producing the highest quality coffee there. Heleanna has extensive experience in the coffee sector in Ethiopia, and becomes a producer herself with this farm.
