1kg bag of Brazilian coffee - Sitio da Liberdade / Café Guzo

Neia and her husband Wellington Braga are the producers of this coffee, a yellow catuai in washed process. Their farm, Sitio da Liberdade, is located in the Espirito Santo area, at an altitude of 1,100 meters. Here is what Néia tells us about their land: “We depend on this land, we cannot afford to degrade it. We must protect sources, limit our waste, stop deforestation, not pollute the water. This is our part. We care about everything that is here because it is what we are going to pass on to our sons. We live in a land which favors the production of specialty coffees. We must take care of it, know how to take advantage of it and appreciate what this terroir offers to our cup ”
