250gr sachet of Indonesian coffee - Sunda / Café Guzo

This coffee, a blend of typica, S line and catimor in a wet hulled process, comes from the best and oldest terroir of Java, that of Sunda in the west of the island. It is worked by the Klasik Beans cooperative, founded in 2008 by a group of producers in Puntang. The cooperative aims to preserve Indonesian cultural heritage by creating organic, sustainable and fair trade coffee. Production must respect good agricultural practices by being today almost entirely organic and totally under the shade of timber trees of various species (pines, eucalyptus, erythrines, avocados, etc.)
