Organic Indonesian coffee - Ground 250g – Gamelan

Gamelan refers to a traditional instrumental ensemble from Indonesia and pays homage to the oral and musical traditions of this part of Southeast Asia. This name was inspired by reading Les Furtifs by Alain Damasio where the narrator, Saskia Larsen, fervently describes the trans caused by seeing and listening to the musical formation: "At nightfall, I saw them take off the covers on the stage to get ready to play...I was then able to discover gamelan! [...] The dances started but I admit that I didn't watch so much I was hypnotized better audiocaptured by the gamelan. What sound! [...] Musically, you have to look closely to understand it so quickly: the Balinese reach dizzying tempos at certain times by sharing the melodic line between the instrumentalists, whose parts decouple and fit into each other. [...] The gamelan plays and I rediscover this miracle of sharing, this time occurring in the human. It makes me want to cry." The Furtives, Alain Damasio, Folio SF, p.241-245.
