This coffee, of the red caturra variety treated in a washed process, is produced by Alex Herrera on his Pampojila farm. It is located in the Solola region of Guatemala, between 1,470 and 1,720 meters above sea level, near the Atitlan volcano. It therefore benefits from a rich volcanic soil, a considerable asset for the cultivation of coffee trees. These are all produced in accordance with a responsible, sustainable and socially viable production method. It was after Storm Agatha in 2012 that Alex Herrera took over this farm, rehabilitating it and thus giving work to a hundred families.
