It consists of ancient coffee forests whose agricultural practices unique to this space provide a famous Nekemte coffee. Oral and family traditions attest to several centuries of coffee cultivation in this forest. The elders remember that before being sold outside, the coffee harvests were devoted to domestic use. The forest of Anfilloo was thus built, made of coffee trees planted around Waba by peasants who consumed this coffee in an intimate circle. The coffee offered here is collected by the cooperative Torban, located in the heart of the coffee forest of Anfilloo, at more than 1800 m.
