Species: 100% arabica Process: Washed Harvest: May to June IN REGARDS TO CHOCO, a cup with gourmet notes The name "CHOCO" refers to the aromatic profile of this coffee. In the cup, chocolate prevails and we discover gourmet notes of caramel, hazelnut and almond. Our CHOCO coffee was sourced from Racafé, one of Colombia's leading green coffee exporters. Through its CRECER quality charter, Racafé raises producers' awareness of the preservation of natural resources, participates in improving the quality of life of coffee growers through fair remuneration and provides training in order to improve the quality of the coffees produced.
