Species: 100% arabica Harvest: August to December Process: Semi-washed IN REGARDS TO In Brazil, there is an appellation whose coffees are harvested later than in most Brazilian regions: Espirito Santo. Knowing this specificity, we wanted to offer a Brazilian coffee that would allow us to apply a philosophy of seasonal rotation of coffees, with fresh and quality coffees all year round. The relative humidity of the Espirito Santo region makes the production of natural coffees very difficult, which is why semi-washed or honey preparations take precedence. This semi-washed coffee was baptized "Muriqui" in homage to the typical little monkey of the region. Its method of preparation and the high altitude typical of Espirito Santo gives Muriqui a tangy profile with a hint of white fruit.
