Tasting: This delicious red wine with purple and purplish reflections, has an intense nose, very pure, with notes of fruit and sweet spices. Rich and complex, characterful and generous. Serve slightly chilled with steak and fries, beef bourguignon, pot au feu, chicken fries, beef tartare or desserts made with red fruits.
