Traditional aging in cement vats. Tasting: Syrah and Grenache remain the masters of the hills of the Duchy… They confer a purple wine, deep, with purple reflections. Nose and mouth explode under a complex aromatic of blackcurrant, red fruits, light spices, subtle liquorice. Serve with a leg of lamb, duck confit, pork tenderloin, lamb tagine...
