Average age of the vines: 25 years Grapes: 60% Grenache, 30% Viognier, 10% Sauvignon. Vinification: Mechanical harvesting at night at low temperature. Aging on lees in temperature-controlled vats. The sugar is natural, we just stop the fermentation. Tasting: This semi-sweet wine (28gr sugar/L) will seduce you with its balanced, unctuous mouth and its beautiful freshness. The nose explodes on exotic fruits with subtle notes of honey. Serve as an aperitif on foie gras, or Provencal toast, as well as chocolate cakes or fruit tarts, and why not try it with Roquefort!
