MIMOLETTE TENDRE selection Marie-Anne CANTIN also called ''BOULE DE LILLE'' has been made in France since the 17th century. However, its origins remain unclear; some claim that it comes from Holland, others claim that it is indeed French.Its production remains traditional. The dough will be tinted using a natural dye, “annatto,” giving it this orange color. It is a cheese that can be enjoyed all year round and is very popular with children.
