Compote of ancient apple tree - 212 ml. The compote is obtained from the San Giovanni variety apples, present on our farm thanks to grandmother Carmela who started growing them almost eighty years ago. We continue to grow this apple variety sustainably and harvest and process the freshly picked fruit by hand. The recipe is from grandmother Melanka, who has always used it to prepare snacks for the children of the House. Ingredients: San Giovanni variety green apples, Golden variety apples, sugar, lemon, raisins, rum, pine nuts and cinnamon. Fruit used for 100 grams of product: 90 grams. Without preservatives and dyes. Perfect for preparing the classic dessert with apples, to spread on bread or donuts.
