A wine made from Colombard, a typical grape variety of the Gers, Apparition is a dry, floral, woody, mineral and saline white wine, to drink alone as an aperitif, with a spicy guacamole or seafood. It delights with its sapid character. FOR PROFESSIONALS: Light straw yellow colour. Delicate nose with smoky aromas, flowers white currants and white currants. On the palate it is fresh and very lively with a slender and dynamic style. The final is short and reveals a touch of sweetness which brings charm to the palate. It's a wine accessible and consensual, which will highlight appetizers, seafood platters and summer dishes.
