Intrigued by the qualities of biodynamics, we wanted to reproduce this model and develop quality viticulture in the Gers, with low yields, respectful of the environment, and above all of the health of the consumer.
We have planted on only 3 hectares, at high density (artisanal estate!) native grape varieties of the Gers, and vinify without inputs, without yeasts, and for certain cuvées without added sulphite.
Our wines happen to be served today on great French tables, the reward for work carried out since 2014: purchase of land that has been uncultivated for at least 50 years, planting of a vine, manual work, helped by 2 horses, bees, and now by a flock of sheep that shear in the spring.
