Aged in old barrels, the nose captivates with its complex bouquet of blackcurrant, spices and garrigue. The attack presents a silky and balanced mouth, right down to its long finish. Still firm tannins that should round off after a year of aging. To be savored preferably with game, duck breast or rib steak. Eye Garnet color, intense, garnet reflections.
